From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. RefundPolicy:

THE BIZZ:
Members are entitled to a full refund of dues within 15 days of contribution. Pro-rated refunds can be requested at anytime. Memberships are revoked immediately upon any refund and the participant is made ineligible to participate in the following years award, but may resume membership at anytime. Benefits and awards are immediately considered null and void at the time of a refund. In the event that irreversible costs are incurred for the benefit of the participant, World Confederation of Businesses may deduct the amount from the refund to avoid losses. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment and costs associated to the payment, such as wire transfer fees may be deducted.

WORLDCOB-CSR:
Refunds cannot be provided if the applicant no longer wants to or is unable to participate; however, WORLDCOB will make its best effort to accommodate the applicant for a different time/place, subject to availability and pricing. Also,‎ applicants who receive unsatisfactory evaluations are not entitled to refunds. Refunds may only be provided when WORLDCOB has determined that it is unable to deliver the agreed upon products/services due to internal factors.
